cancellation policy
to maintain 10-spot occupancy and respect trainers' time, a strict rule applies.
single class holders: class credit is deducted (payment amount is forfeited).
unlimited members: after 4 late cancellations, booking privileges are restricted and a €35 "no-show" fee applies.
