do i need experience to join?

no experience needed. our classes are suitable for all levels — from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. coaches will guide you through every session and offer modifications where needed.

what should i wear?

comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. grip socks are recommended for barre and mat classes — you can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.

what should i bring?

a water bottle and grip socks. everything else is provided. lockers are available for your belongings during class.

how early should i arrive?

we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your first class so you can meet your coach, get settled, and ask any questions. for returning members, 5 minutes is plenty. if you wish coming eralier, or staying longer after your class - feel yourself at home.

do i need a towel?

towels are provided. if you need a shower towel, please ask at the front desk.

are there changing rooms?

the locker room is gender-shared, but there are two private changing rooms. showers are locked and free to use after your class.

how does the infrared heat work?

our studios use far-infrared mats that warm the body directly — not the air. this supports deeper muscle activation, improved circulation, and faster recovery without the oppressive heat of a traditional hot studio.

is infrared heat safe?

yes. far-infrared is the same wavelength of heat emitted naturally by the human body. it is non-ionising and widely used in physiotherapy and recovery settings. if you have a specific medical condition, consult your doctor before your first session.

where is the studio?

volkstraat 54, antwerp 2000. we are reachable by tram, bike, and on foot from the city centre. please do not park your bike directly outside.

we offer drop-in credits, intro packs, and monthly rolling memberships — including a 4-class, 8-class, 12-class, and unlimited option. pricing varies for our first 69 founding members. see the pricing page for full details.

can i cancel my membership?

yes. memberships are monthly rolling with no annual lock-in. cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

do credits expire?

class credits are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. intro packs must be used within 14 days.

can i pause my membership?

yes — you can pause your membership once per year for up to 4 weeks. get in touch via instagram or email to arrange this.

how do i book a class?

log in to your member area and book directly from the classes page. bookings open 7 days in advance. popular slots fill quickly — we recommend booking early.

what is the cancellation policy?

classes must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the start time. late cancellations and no-shows result in a lost credit or, for unlimited members, a €35 fee after 4 occurrences per month.
